Returns Policy
All orders carry a 14 day money back guarantee, any unwanted items must be returned in their original condition.
All returns must take place within 14 days of delivery (21 days for international orders). If there is an error in your order or your item has arrived damaged, please return the affected item/s which will be replaced or refunded depending on individual circumstances.
When returning item/s for any reason please include your name, address & order number, and if possible please email us to inform us a returned item is on its way. Please obtain a certificate of postage when returning an item, as proof of posting, these are available free of charge at all U.K. post offices. 9unicorns cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Unwanted Items
The seller assumes no responsibility for the return carriage costs of unwanted items. Refunds will only be sent to the original purchaser via their original method of payment. Refunds cannot be given to a third party.
